Born and raised in the Twin Cities. Started playing basketball at the age of three. Throughout the years my love and appreciation for the game has grown exponentially. A book smart kid as well, reading at a college level in only the second grade. Math and Language Arts were other areas of study I excelled in from my first day of school. Having learned a lot at such a young age, I began losing interest in school. By the time I started high school the curiosity began to fade I no longer saw a fun challenge with school and started to despise school altogether. I struggled to stay eligible in High School but was able to keep my dream of playing pro by playing AAU. I played alongside as well as against the top high school prospects in the United States and earned a scholarship to a Division one junior college in Texas despite not being eligible my senior year of High School. I went on to attend Yuba college where I earned Top 100 and 1st team accolades and Adams State University.
