I am a track and cross country student athlete at San Diego State University and have been working hard in boosting my platform within athletics and the mindset behind it. I am an advocate for all things mental health and really want to share my knowledge on running to younger men and women all over the world. I recently have broken our school record and hope to continue to do so later this year. I would love to connect and expand our platforms together. I look forward to partnering to create wonderful and inspiring content.
