Biography
I am a sixth-year linebacker for the UTC Mocs, where I'm getting my master's in business administration. I'm a grad transfer from Harvard, where I studied cellular biology. I grew up in a small town called Sharpsville in Western PA, I went to school in Boston, MA, mom lives in Scottsdale AZ, dad lives in The Villages, FL, and I somehow wound up in Chattanooga where I couldn't be happier! I (try to) meditate regularly and practice mindfulness/visualization, and I put a lot of effort into optimizing health through food, sleep, and exercise/recovery. Anything under 9 hours of sleep (night+naps) during the season is sub-optimal! Most importantly, without God I am nothing and He is responsible for all my success.
